Safran Federal Systems Earns Dual 2026 Top Workplaces Honors from USA TODAY and The Rochester Democrat and Chronicle

ROCHESTER, NY - May 29 2026
Safran Federal Systems is proud to announce that it has earned two prestigious workplace recognition awards for 2026: a USA TODAY Top Workplaces award and a Rochester Democrat and Chronicle Top Workplaces award. Both honors are based solely on confidential employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC.
USA TODAY Top Workplaces 2026
The USA TODAY Top Workplaces award honors organizations with 150 or more employees that have created exceptional, people-first cultures. This year, more than 40,500 organizations were invited to participate. Winners are recognized for their commitment to fostering a workplace environment that values employee listening and engagement. USA TODAY showcased the winners online and at the National Awards Summit in Nashville.

Rochester Democrat and Chronicle Top Workplaces 2026
The Rochester Democrat and Chronicle Top Workplaces recognition uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling Respected & Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute, among others. Safran Federal Systems ranked #7 among companies sized 125–399 employees and also received a special distinction for employee Well-Being.
Both awards are determined by authentic employee feedback captured through a confidential survey conducted by Energage, the HR research and technology company behind the Top Workplaces program since 2006. Results are calculated based on employee responses to statements about Workplace Experience Themes, which are proven indicators of high performance.
"These recognitions reflect what we already know to be true — that our people are the foundation of everything we do. To be honored not once but twice, and to earn a special distinction for Well-Being, speaks to the culture our team has built together. We are incredibly proud of this achievement and remain committed to fostering an environment where every employee can thrive." — Hironori Sasaki, President and CEO of Safran Federal Systems
"Earning a USA TODAY Top Workplaces award is a testament to an organization's credibility and commitment to a people-first culture. This award, driven by real employee feedback, is more than just a recognition — it's proof that your employees believe in the organization and its leadership. Job seekers and customers look for this trusted badge of credibility and excellence. It signals a company that values its people, and that kind of culture resonates in today's competitive market." — Eric Rubino, CEO, Energage
